This week,makuti roofing company is constructing a conference hall in Parklands near City Park and these are the pictures of how the construction is taking shape. So far so good, we are almost half way and in three days we should be done with the whole construction. The size of the structure being set up is 20 ft by 20ft.

It takes approximately a week to construct, though this is dependant on the number of thatchers available at a site. A small-sized structure can take two to three days. We hope to provide employment to unemployed youth in the country by being an employment provider, and also, teaching those interested in the art of thatching and how the craft is done.
